WaterOne is improving metered technology throughout its service area, including in Merriam.
While a majority of these meters are located outside homes, about 200 Merriam residents have meters inside. WaterOne’s contractor, Utiliuse, will need to enter residents’ homes to replace the meters.
Utiliuse will mail affected customers a postcard to schedule a time to replace the meters. Please call Utiliuse with any questions. Work is expected to be completed by May 31, 2021.
