Supply chain delays – due to the COVID-19 pandemic – continue to push back the Merriam Community Center opening.
The community center will now have a soft opening the week of July 20 with limited hours. We’ll be fully operational starting July 25. The indoor pool, which had more significant COVID-related delays, is scheduled to open Labor Day weekend.
This project is years in the making, and we want you to be impressed when you walk through the community center’s doors for the first time. And, while we anticipated opening the Merriam Community Center later this month, we promise – it’ll be worth the wait!
